Jonathan McCurry This product fell off within hours after application.
When i reached out to Freestyle for replacement, they said they would not replace it

Even though, falling off doesn't mean the sensor is faulty, but most of the time is a mishandling issue we sent you a replacement.

confirm the customer's address after they claimed their order wasn't delivered to their address as the tracking showed.
It's been 24hrs since- without this confirmation we can't ship another product to the same address.
